This Smokin-It Electric Smoker features all stainless steel construction including exterior, shelving, smoke box, and interior. This electric smoker was designed for ease of use and portability. It includes heavy duty caster wheels, four removable stainless steel shelves, one removable seafood rack, and one pound of American Hickory wood blocks to get you started. This Smokin-In stainless steel smoker has a 700 watt heating element and temperature range of 100-250 degrees with approximately a 30 degree variation from set point due to heat being produced by the wood box after the thermostat turns off the heating element. Smoke is released through a vent on the top of the unit and is heaviest during the beginning of your smoke time.
